Canon HG20 or HF200?

Obviously the hg20 has a bigger sensor, but is the overall quality better? and is the overall production and post production flexibility better? (is it easy to use and put on a computer?)

Is the camera noisy?

I don’t know a lot about these cameras, because YouTube lacks test videos including actual human beings (since I don’t plan on recording plants and pets)
