Can you help me remember this author's name?

I can’t remember an author’s name. One series of her fantasy/sci fi books all start with the word Heart. (Like Heart’s Desire—not sure that is an actual title.)

For some reason, I think her first name is Robin.

You’re welcome! I never heard of her. I just went to Amazon, picked “Search in Books,” and typed “Robin” and “Heart.”
