What are some fun songs to learn on bass guitar?
I havent learned a new song on bass in a while name some songs you like playing on bass. If you dont play bass name a song you like that has bass guitar in it.

Sic Transit Gloria… Glory Fades is a really easy song to play but it’s really good. (at least in my opinion) It’s by Brand New which are one of my all time favorite bands.
@boots Great suggestions. Anything the Presidents did should qualify, since that’s basically all they use.

Also there are a couple really memorable bass lines from the Red Hot Chili Peppers that come to mind, notably Give It Away and Higher Ground.
Bass guitar is designed to fill the background in a song, not take the lead.
you have to go to the funk tracks of the 70s to really feel the vibe of bass guitar. here are some of my faves…
