Are there any sites on the Web similar to Google Street View?

Google Street View has taken street-level photographs of a good portion of the US.
Has any other organization on the web done anything similar?

Microsoft do. If you check out their Bing Maps for a city like Redmond you can see very nice street-level imagery. You need the Silverlight plug in to view it, though.
