Where can I find volunteer training programs?

I have been trying to figure out where there is a reputable centre for training for volunteers in the Los Angeles area. I am part of a start up organisation that aims to help out those in the San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys. As a Director, there is a few things that I have to give in order to receive, such as beneficial training for the volunteers that work for the program. What I’m really looking for is the price of such courses and who I have to contact to provide the information.
