Htc desire vs htc incredible vs droid X?

I am about to get a new phone
Droid X—is not available in Canada yet but love the device!!
Incredible—is also not available but found the way to use it on telus
Desire—is coming to telus really soon

Incredible and Desire is about the same (other than camera and bit difference in RAM) and hard to choose which one is better
my question to you guys are
– will that RAM difference be noticeable when use the application?
– anything you don’t like about any of those devices
– I heard desire’s touch is not really that smooth…is that true??
– any other android phone you like to recommend?? (something that can be used in Canada)
– AND FINALLY should I wait for Samsung’s Galaxy S series ??

I am partial to the Incredible over the Droid X for sure, but I’ve never actually used the Desire.

To put it simply, you’re going to be getting a different 3rd party skin for Android on either of those phones, which sucks, but you might as well take the lesser of the 2 evils in HTC Sense instead of Moto Blur which is just terrible. Blur is slow, laggy, and when I played with the Droid X it kind of took away from the entire experience of the Droid X.
I also prefer a smaller phone, but that’s just me.
