What is your favorite job site and why?

Locally, it’s Craigslist. Easy to find the kind of freelance work I like to do.

CL, wins many times. But HotJobs and classified sections in local newspapers are good too.

I like some of the corporate websites, that incorporate interesting videos about their organizational culture (such as Deloitte´s for example). As far as effectiveness, I like the websites that are field-specific.
