What's the name of that cartoon. . .?

I can’t really remember it well, so sorry if the description is a little vague. It is in black and white and the characters heads are real photos. The protagonist is a dorky girl with short hair, I think. And it’s from Nickelodeon?

I kinda really need to know. Thanks!
