When do you think online videos will have features of VHS videos: Pause at the exact place the first time, Slow Motion, etc?

I would like no more trial and error, that goes with online videos. Or am I wrong about it? Is there a way of having it stop exactly where I want it?
I am editing this after I got an answer that says that there is such a thing, Netflix and Hulu. I believe they are sites for watching TV shows, I am not sure. But how come after all these years these features are not implemented everywhere?

And be able to come back to it later and start where you left off? Netflix can already do that, as can Hulu.
