Cold! At least if you’re cold, you can wear something warm and comfy, bring out the blankets and hot water bottles, put on the heater and get something hot to drink, and everything is all warm and fuzzy and cozy!
But when you’re hot you can’t just strip (incase you’re at the shops) and you get all sweaty and sticky and wet – i hate having my jeans soaked on my backside!
Oh, and i was born in May.
Oops, i edited it afterwards – i was born in May. :)
cold. same reason as @NaturallyMe. July.
ask me again in six months. see what I say then.
Ditto, same reasons, November.
I prefer to be cold for the same reasons listed above. I can and do put on sweaters when I’m cold. When I’m hot I don’t even want different body parts touching other body parts. Plus I stick to my leather chair. When it’s really hot I can’t stand sex good thing I live in Canada.
I was born in December.
@tranquilsea I don’t even want different body parts touching other body parts…LOL
Hot, because I’d rather sweat then freeze. Also, there’s nothing better than hot sweaty sex, with bodies rubbing together and slipping and sliding until… ooops. June
I prefer winter. I hate the heat. There is nothing about summer I enjoy. Heat, yard work, bugs, it stays light too late. You can only take so many clothes off before it’s illegal, and then you’re still hot. The only good thing about it is the kids are out of school.
I feel much better on a cold, winter day. Nice cozy house, sweaters, snow, Christmas. I just feel better that time of year. I’m always in a good mood in the winter. I especially love overcast, gray days, when it’s horrible outside and I can stay inside and just be happy, warm and lazy. I was born in November.
forgot to add. im talking about if you prefer hot you cant cool down and cold you cant warm up
I came exceptionally close to freezing to death one time when I was in my teens. Not very nice. The only good thing was your mind starts to shut down at a certain point. Plus winter means lousy veggies.
@daytonamisticrip – oh, ok, well, i still go with cold! How hot or cold are we talking about here….? Are we talking about freezing or buring to death? I still choose cold.
Even with the additional details of not being able to change my temperature, I would still prefer to be cold. I hate being sweaty and would prefer to not do it.
Born in May.
Heat. I was born in the desert (Las Vegas) in August.
Doesn’t mean I hate the cold, but I don’t prefer it. I’d rather it be cold for a couple months and warmer for the rest of the year. I like sunny and warm and blue skies. More to do, vacations, mountain biking, swimming, gardens are at their peak, etc. Yes, it is often harder to cool off than it is to warm up, but I can remember so many mornings of wearing long pants and a sweatshirt and still shivering (been skinny and small for most of life and got cold easily), whereas you turn the air-conditioner on and you’re fine (and where I live, you only the need the air-conditioner a few days out of the summer, the rest is moderately warm and is not hot enough to be uncomfortable, in my opinion).
In the summer, being too cold looks really good; in the winter, I can’t imagine being too warm. Born? January.
Cold. February.
Came out of a store, got in the car and the steering wheel burned my hands. I had to steer using the tips of my fingers. People should not have to exist in summers like this. Leave them to the insects.
I’d rather be really hot than really cold. Cooling off is much more fun than trying to get warm.
May
Heat. I was born in January. I hate being cold.
I’m miserable when I’m sweating. Give me the cold any day!
January
I’d rather be cold than hot, which makes it odd that two of the places I’ve lived longest were Arizona and Texas. Give me a good cold night with lots of covers anytime over sleeping with the AC blasting.
Heat with air conditioning. Or an ocean breeze.
I prefer in between, spring or fall weather, not heatwave hot and not freezing cold!
Born in February.
When i am cold, i can continue to pile on the clothing, until i am warm.
Not so with hot weather. my clothes can only be taken off so far and i still burn.
i would prefer cold:) oh and december:D
Are you trying to see if there is a correlation between what season you were born in and what temperature you prefer? Is that why you asked what month? If so, any conclusions?
Cold, for essentially the same reasons other users have posted. June.
as i lay in bed for the fourth day in a row with a broken foot, in a house that is still 90 degrees at 10 PM….i’m pretty sure i’d be a lot happier if it was cold. i am naked and still roasting, if it was cold i could at least pile layer after layer after layer. i was born in july. but extremes either way are not fun.
Hmm, I kinda like both. When it’s really cold I always wish for the hot and when it’s hot, I always wish for the cold. It’s harder to get cool when you’re hot, that’s true. And as long as I have a ski-cap on, the cold is no big deal. I can’t pick! I definitely like sunny days better than cloudy ones.
I was born in October. :)
The colder the better. I hate summer. I love fall and winter. Above 60 degrees and I sweat my balls off. I wish every day was below 0. When working it is easier to warm up on a cold day than cool down on a hot day. March.
I was born in November and I really really hate the cold. I just become physically non-functional and utterly miserable if it gets anywhere near freezing. I would much rather be too hot. And, actually, I function better in the heat. When other people are wilting, I’m energised. I swear, I was born in the wrong country.
To me Hot is uncomfortable, but Cold is physically painful.
Aries.
Factoid: only relatively recently did it sink in that when you are really-really cold and run into the house and put your hands or feet in warm/hot water – and it doesn’t do anything – it’s because blood flow has been shut down to your extremities. To best warm your feet/hands you must warm your core temp to get your blood flowing properly.
