Good game emulator for mac or windows?

what are some good game emulators for like NES, genesis, n64,ps one or whatever for Mac or windows

For years I’ve used Zophar’s Domain – it hasn’t been updated lately news-wise but I think the list of emulators is kept somewhat current. Its very thorough and lists emulators for all sorts of systems. If its not terribly current you at least have a good starting point for finding some emulators.
