Facebook is like any other Web site. It has its ups and downs.

I’m still hooked. I can’t even lie. If I’m not on the computer, it’s coming in text messages. It’s sick.

Facebook keeps me in touch with friends and family all over the world (the other week I was chatting to a friend 9 hours ahead in Australia, and my uncle, 7 hours behind in Canada, popped up for a chat too!!) so I love it for that, BUT I do find that it no longer fills my time like it used to…

We survived without it in the past, and we’ll continue to do so if it crashes. I’m not addicted to it or anything, but it’s a convenient way to find friends and keep in touch with overseas friends and family, (and a quick way of sharing photos – i hate e-mailing a ton of photos). :)

I don’t necessarily think so. I certainly don’t use it as much as I used to when I was younger (where I updated my status every day and posted photos all the time). Most of my friends have moved away from that as well, but we all seem to still use it somewhat regularly. I don’t see it going away.

It has it’s perks in that I like to keep in touch with friends around the globe. I’ve certainly gotten bored with it as of late though.

I’m sure something better will come along. Everything comes and goes.

I see it as a another social website fad that will soon pass. Twitter, tumblr, and others of the type have become popular.

I could be wrong maybe it will stick and dominate that type of social website.

I do not trust Facebook. hackers have a way of taking your basic information and stealing your identity. its called cross-referencing. its unsafe for your pocketbook.
