Anyone know Late night writing spots in NYC?

Go to Yelp and select your neighborhood, then search for coffee shops and restaurants and filter by “open now”.

there is a cafe called French Roast on 85th and Broadway that is open very late…however, they dim the lights late at night and serve alcohol – I am not sure what the work environment is like and/or how receptive they would be to someone who wanted to linger and work (rather than order food/drinks, pay, and leave). There are many, many Starbucks – lacking in ambiance, but good places to work relatively late – some are open till 11pm.
