When I'm instructed to do this workout 2-3 times a week, does that mean I have to do this many times?
Does this mean I have to do this 5 times a week or am I doing it wrong.I’m doing the certain workout to enlarge my rear end.Also another question,it says in order to get even better results, I have to use extra weight sorta like on my lap but I don’t have any weights.What can I use other than a weight?
