For the yoga members: Do you clean your mat? and how?

What type of mat cleaner do you use? What does it smell like? Is it soapy?

My yoga teacher said she just put hers in the washing machine. I couldn’t imagine doing that, myself, not with a rubber mat.

I just use window cleaner on mine .
I have also practiced yoga on a just a rug for I am a yoga rebel ;)

I don’t clean it often as I put a yogitoes on it every time but I have a spray thing of some sort or just soap and water works too. As for the yogitoes, I put it in the laundry after 2–3 classes.
