Where can I find organizations dedicated to fighting Female Circumcision?

Excellent Q. IFMSA (International Federation of Medical Students Association) has a project on female genital mutilation. Also check out the Amnesty International page on it (side links refer to how you can help). You can also get involved with Unicef on this issue.

@SmoothEmeraldOasis This is still an issue in many parts of Africa and Middle East the Islamic countries (that I know of) and central Balkans and South America (according to wiki). Check this for more geographical region specifics.

Well, then how can we even know for sure that any efforts coming from the states are of benefit to the females out there?

Maybe from groups that are against male circumcism, there are those groups as well. Personally, I’m thinking about growing mine back.
