Was I the only one with a broken Fluther last night?
For about 6 hours yesterday evening I was not able to load fluther. Occasionally it would open just one page so that I could see activity for me going up, but no pages beyond that.
Was it just me, or was there a site wide issue??

I don’t know, but I’ve been having intermittent slownesses and other weird things happening. Sometimes if I close a browser and reopen it, things speed up or work better. With loss of access, it could be anything from fluther to your computer or anything in between.
This is the first I’ve heard of site issues last night and we had thousands of people visiting. Occasionally there are issues on specific segments of the internet and this page can be very handy as a sanity check when things aren’t working. (That page shows the connection status between the biggest Internet Service Providers—ISPs—that route much of the traffic on the Internet. This talk at MIT explains much of the gory details on how the Internet functions and its weaknesses.)
@timtrueman thanks, that’s very useful.
Fluther was the only site that wouldn’t load properly for me, everything else was working… but I saw that there must have been people on, or I wouldn’t have had new activities every time I got one page to load.
I was just curious if it was a fluke.
