What causes my computer to freeze up for about 15 minutes every morning?

I’m sure it’s related to virus protection, but I’ve Spyware and run it manually everyday.
Please enlighten me on how to stop this 15 minute interruption; or should I leave it as is..

Is it reasonable to assume that you reboot it every night?
TeaTimer.exe perhaps? Take a look at the Task Manager.
It could be that it went into sleep mode and when you get on you start opening things to rapidly?
You did not give us much info.
Have you emptied your Temporary Internet cache? A reboot does not do that nor does the Spyware.
@MaryW everyday delete temps, etc.
@mattbrowne they recommend that it not be deleted…so, guess i will leave it alone.
19 years on PCs. 2 years on a MAC. Get a MAC.
Is it starting up? How many things do you have set to run on start up? Are you setting virus stuff to check on start up?
@BoBo1946 – No, it wasn’t about deleting it. What was the % CPU and memory?
