Is there a site that will suggest recipes based on ingredients?

Ideally, I’d like to find a website where I can enter a list of ingredients I have on hand (ground beef, green peppers, rice, and cans of tomatoes, for example) and it will come back with suggestions or recipes for what I could make with those ingredients (stuffed peppers, for example).
Do you know of anything like this?
