For PCSX2 can I use and actual game disk that i bought and play it or do i have to download it?

You can create an ISO from an actual game disc using various different programs (I’m not sure the exact ones or iso formats PCSX2 works with). I believe there are also CDROM plugins for PCSX2 that allow you to run them directly from the disc.
