You can only choose one from all since we’re talking about “the most”.

I think Panic Room is the most adrenaline pumping movie for me.

I haven’t seen too many adrenaline-pumping movies, but Paranormal Activity is the definite winner in my case.

Since I have not seen every movie, the one I remember I did not want to leave to go take a wiz from was “Bourne Ultimatum.”, maybe “Three Days of the Condor” somewhere close by.

Saving Private Ryan was insanely intense!! Pulp Fiction and Alien are also top adrenaline junkie movies for me!

I have had enough crazy adrenaline pumping experiences in my life….so I don’t go to movies that put me through the same thing. Just a personal preference

The only horror movies that I’ve are Saw and Sorority Row. When I went to see S.S at the movies I screamed the entire time, it was my first time watching a horror movie and I was so scared!
