If you ask “Am I going insane?” It means you are perfectly sane. It’s when you yell at people for suggesting you could be crazy that proves – you’re crazy.
I worked in a pharmacy for a few years and we had an internal radio station, called “Lloyds pharmacy live” it played the same crap songs a few times a day, if I hear “ebony and ivory” one more time i’m gonna hunt that bastard Mcartney down, I must of heard that song a thousand times when I worked there
Aren’t we all crazy? Dont worry, everyone has secrets.
What’s wrong with being in sane, never did me any harm? If you are La La, the pressures in life like, jobs, Bills, things that everyday people worry about might not effect you!. Now where’s my monkey?
Maybe you should consider listening to Brain Damage by Pink Floyd.
And as for being crazy sometimes you have to forget about what other people say; when you’re supposed to die, when you’re supposed to be lovin’. You have to forget about all these things. You have to go on and be crazy. Craziness is like heaven.
I dunno Riser, I think he may be sane now, but that once he stops asking, and starts liking the muzak, he may be insane. I know muzak makes me contemplate mad acts of destruction. I can only imagine what spending all day with it would do…
Excellent point Zaku. They still never did find that other Barista I hid after Bob Dylan’s “Modern Times” had reached its fifth month at Starbucks.
I don’t think you’re going insane, I just think that you’re starting to like the music because you hear it all the time. That happens to me too. Sometimes I hear songs that I hate, but after I hear it on the radio all the time and people in my classes sing it, I start liking it.
They call that, Brainwashing!
I wanna know what “horribloe” is!
Maybe it’s a new brand of muzak.
Ha ha! I’m gonna use that!!!
Brainwashing is the correct term. i listened to so much Elvis Christmas music at Woolco Dept, Store, that now i hate anything to do with Christmas Elvis music. i, too, believe i washed brainwashed by Elvis.
Another thought here…...ever wonder how one song becomes popular on the radio? they play it over and over again, until your psychi tells you that you love that song and go out and buy the whole CD. I was a DJ for several years and i know how it works.
