Like me, do you sit around all day watching the wonder that is Youtube, choosing songs with lyrics, listening and reading for hours on end?

Or perhaps you have a life?

No, i’ve many other interests! But, having said that, i do love to listen to all (excuse me, most) the songs on Utube.

As of now, I spend a good deal of time doing just that.

I won’t have a life until September when fall quarter begins. Then I will spend an exorbitant amount of time ignoring said life in favour of other things.

‘Cause that’s how I roll.

@BoBo1946 So you have a life? Prove it. Far as I can see from the time tag, you’re here all day. ;-)

It depends on the day. After a few days of work and busyness, I like a few days of laziness. Add a nap or two to the day you described, and you’ve got my unwinding method pegged.

I am a very active amateur actor, so I turn to youTube for videos from famous acting coaches. There’s a lot there. Here’s a good example.

DeanV's avatar

I don’t, but I certainly could… I just don’t have that kind of time.

Seaofclouds's avatar

I don’t really go to YouTube very often, but occasionally I’ll watch a few videos in between doing other things on the internet.

Trillian's avatar

I don’t have that kind of time to waste. I have to scold myself off of fluther sometimes.

Berserker's avatar

I have a life, sorry.

Hawaii_Jake's avatar

@Trillian : Aww. We can’t get enough of you around here.

BoBo1946's avatar

@zen_ i don’t have to prove anything to you Zen…believe what you want my friend. That was not a negative remark. Just no way to prove things on the internet.

Simone_De_Beauvoir's avatar

No, but believe me I’m addicted to StumbleUpon and I spend hours doing that.

I have no life, but YouTube isn’t my time-waster of choice. I’m more fond of logic-puzzles.org, Sporcle, Akinator, and Tumblr.

Not to mention, this is the list of movies I’ve watched for the first time in 2010 and this is the list of books I’ve read.

jeffgoldblumsprivatefacilities's avatar

@MacBean Those are quite the lists you’ve got there. I’m jealous. Let The Right One In was a book before a movie? I had no idea.

muppetish's avatar

@MacBean When I first discovered Sporcle, nobody could contact me for the entire day. I went through everything. I check it regularly now. TV Tropes is another poison of mine. I can disappear there for hours.

zen_'s avatar

@BoBo1946 Awww, I was kidding around silly. If you don’t know me by now…

MacBean's avatar

@jeffgoldblumsprivatefacilities Reading/movie time is the only positive part of agoraphobia. None of that pesky ‘leaving the house’ silliness to interrupt me! Heh. Anyway, if you liked Let the Right One In as a movie, I recommend the book. The movie is a wonderful adaptation but it’s a little… sweeter, maybe… than the book. That’s not exactly the word I’m looking for, but it’s close, I think.

@muppetish One of my friends used to call me a freak because I’d go to TV Tropes, browse an article or two, and then move on to another site. I never got caught up in it like most other people. But one day last week I was reading something there and all of the sudden more than an hour had passed and I had about eight tabs open. Such a great site. :D

muppetish's avatar

@MacBean I thought that I was recovering until I mentioned to my older brother that one of the pages had a glaring typographical error that was bothering me. He told me how simple it was to edit the page and I fixed it. Then I found another typo. And another. If only they would compensate me in some way for proofreading their pages.

zen_'s avatar

@muppetish Hey, I edit everyone here for free. Take a number.

I have a life. Zen or is it Zen Again? (what are you doing?)

zen_'s avatar

@jjmah Flunking naked, as usual. On one computer. On the other cmputers, youtube – with lyrics, and still reading this book

If you like watching songs, singing songs, humming songs, etc., here is a nice website for you, it is Yamelo. “Find all music videos on Yamelo. Yamelo brings you all the music videos from your past. Just click the dates and go back in time. ...”
In Youtube i have to do too many searches myself, if i want to listen to a Madonna song from ‘84, after i listened to a Prince song from that same year/month.
With Yamelo it is all neatly done for you already.
Seriously, i don’t own stocks, i just love the site.

BoBo1946's avatar

Great song Z….listened to it while reading my paper and drinking my coffee! touche!

rooeytoo's avatar

No, but I am always amazed at how many people do.

What I love about youtube is that you can find a tutorial on it for just about anything in this world you would like to learn to do. Like teaching your parrot to play dead.

^ Hit and run, loser? Oh well, it’s gone now. Next.
