What do I need exactly to sponsor my husband outside of Canada?

I currently reside in Egypt, I live with my husband of 3 months, and I want to go back to Canada. I am a Canadian citizen, being born and raised there all my life.
I want to sponsor my husband, or get help from my family to sponsor him, or help me to sponsor him outside of Canada. I have looked at all the sites, and I can never get a good understanding.
I want to know, if my family can sponsor my husband, while I am with him in another country? ( we are married )
I want to know, if not, if my family can help me financially to sponsor my husband? if so.. how?
or what requirements exactly do I need to have to sponsor my husband outside of Canada?
I have been working for only 2 months here, I m on a visitors visa.. all my husband has saved up is 6000 EGP… I don’t make a lot of money, and I don’t have money in Canada, but my family does.
