Is it possible to repair a ten year old, "boxer's" fracture?

It’s a source of nearly constant pain, it hurts now as I write this. Is there surgery for this and are there surgeons who perform this procedure? It’s the fifth metacarpal, it’s bowed instead of straight. Hurts. This would be a good time in my life to get it done.
