What are some simple, cheap ways to have fun?

I watch movies. Go to the park for a barbeque and frisbee.
I go to the beach sometimes. I sometimes buy a 12 pack and go sit on the porch and people watch.

I read a lot, watch movies, go outside and play games with my son, walk, volunteer to help out in my son’s classroom, and spend time on Fluther and a few other forums.

Volunteering in the community is fun for me…working with a team on repairing or freshening up a charity house, entertaining at a nursing or retirement home, teen center, etc.

It’s just a matter of tapping into the things that you like to do or are interested in and finding more ways to do them. Tell us some more things that you like or are interested in, and I bet we can throw out more suggestions.

I’m actually a zombie, I’m of the living dead. I shouldn’t be alive. Is it possible to enjoy things that are slightly destructive or dangerous. Like my idea of fun is different than normal.

Hmmm, a quirky zombie. How about hanging out in a cemetery? There are all sorts of slightly destructive things that can be done there.

Paintballing can be affordable.
Laser tag.
Cliff diving.
Tubing down a lazy river.
Target shooting.
Painting pottery at one of those do-it-yourself places.
Go to an arcade.
Have a foreign horror movie marathon.
Buy this and see how long it takes you to get through it all.

get a frisbee, better yet get two.

A good old ’‘beat em up’’ video game, with good friends at your side.
Of course, if you don’t have a multitap and arcades don’t exist in your town anymore, just watch Lost Highway.
Well, I guess it’s all personal taste and preference and shit, but since you like beer, just include a drop and zall good. :)
