What family friendly restaurant would you recommend on 5th Ave in Park Slope, Brooklyn?

Tons of restaurants in Park Slope – especially on 5th Ave. Which one should I try tonight with my parents?

These are the good ones:

Mura (Sushi)
Song (Thai)
Bogota (Latin)
Brooklyn Fish Camp (Seafood)
Blue Ribbon (BBQ/American)
Stone Park (American)
Belleville (French Bistro)
200 Fifth (American)

(If you can go a little further out, to 7th Avenue and 11th Street, you should probably go over to Brookvin! The mac and cheese is awesome! And one of our own Jellies, breedmitch manages over there.)

5th ave has nice restaurants? When I lived in between 5th and 6th ave in the mid 90’s 5th ave was a complete sh**hole. Yay for gentrification.

I know this will be moderated but I couldn’t resist. I miss Park Slope.

By “family friendly” do you mean ok for small kids? If so I’d recommend Two Boots on 2nd st and 7th ave. But we like kids here at brookvin, too! Just not past 8pm.

@aprilsimnel: Sorry. The mac and cheese is on vacation until cooler weather. Right now the pulled pork sandwich is awesome…
