A friend was giving me instructions on how to get Google Toolbar, or just Toolbar, and it is only after I sent here the screenshot she told me how very different her menu under “Tools” is. How can I get to see the different menus under “Tools” out there in one page in order to compare?

So just so I know that we’re on the same page, you’re going to Tools>Options and then you see various tabs such as Search, Tools, Sharing, Buttons, Layout, Autofill, right?
I click Tools, that is it. I took the screenshot of the menu, 18 items there, Delete Browsing History the 1st one, to Internet Options, the last one. Hers is different. She thinks it is because she has Vista, and I use the computer with XP. Anyway, I want to see the different menus under Tools out there without going to different sites one by one by one.
After I posted this Q, I read her message to me:
“The first menu you sent me has:
*Windows Messenger
Absolute Poker
Internet Option*”
which is funny in a strange way, because what I see is:
*Windows Messenger
Blog this in Windows Live Writer
UB
Internet Options*
How can it change en route????? I wish I could copy and paste the menu here. Flutherites suggested to do screenshot, I am not sure if it is too complicated to copy and paste menus or if it is not posssible at all.
(Is the formatting not working today, I tried the strong and the emphasis with the menu list, the whisper is working)
Ok, take a screenshot and post it to Flickr (you might need to create an account) and then post the address of the photo.
What is the point of doing that @papayalily if the list is going to change on the way there?
@flo Because it couldn’t have changed. She must be looking at something else.
Thank you for sticking with me for this mystery. I am relieved, ... in a way.
I asked the computer place person here and he told me someone before me must have installed Absolute Poker. He minimized the window to reveal the blue screen and started to show me how it is done. Solution solved. I never suspected that menus can be changed around like that… that is not good at all. I don’t know if the “Blog this in Windows Live Writer”, and “UB” (the two missing things) are something that the customer removed to make room for Absolute Pocker or… I don’t even know if that is possible. But in any case, at least there should be one computer that can’t be left alone. How do I figure out what is the original menu and installed? There is no telltale sign.
I should have had the list in one line, the formatting was fine in one of my messages above.
@papayalily, excuse me, just above please read, “I am relieved about what I found out….in a way”.
