I’m guessing no one has any experience in this D:
You asked during dinnertime, so everyone (including myself) is all “dude, I’m concentrating on my damn alfredo!”. Give it a couple hours.
I’m afraid this is the kind of research you kind of have to do for yourself. You shouldn’t have any problems getting information on the technical specs from either the web sites or stores and then only you can decide whether the bundled software is worth it or not. It’s just a matter of comparing what you are getting for your money and decing whether it’s worth it or not. Maybe other people have some specifics but some of these things just require doing your own research because it requires decisions that only you can make.
@papayalily – It was actually 10pm when I ask here :0
and yeah, I am aware of the fact that I will have to do some research on my own on the differences between the computers, but I wanted to see if anyone has had any experience with buying laaptops from the brands actual store or from a major retailer like best buy. I was once told that best buy puts minimum specs on the laptops and sells them at higher prices, but I don’t know how true that is.
Honestly i would say avoid buying anything from best buy ever. Unless it is specifically on some sort of super sale. I think they are the most over-priced store on the planet and i know a lot of people who would agree with me. Look at fry’s and search online. (amazon,ebay,craigslist) I’m sure you’ll find a good deal.
I wouldn’t buy from either, and I wouldn’t buy a Vaio. Loaded with bloatware and one of the less reliable lines of laptop.
@coogan i agree i would say to go for hp or toshiba, all of the products i’ve had from them have been excellent except one laptop that was defective (i’ve had at least 7 of each brand).
