Are there any SUVs that are still trucks?

Its time for a new 4×4 vehicle. I want a vehicle like my old K-5, but the SUVs these days seem like they are nothing more than a glorified mini-van. I think they are designed for people who have no intention of ever taking them off road. I need a SUV with real four wheel drive I can take into the boondocks. I’ll look at pickups too, but a SUV is better suited for my needs. Any suggestions?

Update: the 2011 Ford Explorer and Dodge Durango are both all new from the ground up… and they’ve departed from the traditional body-on-frame construction that defines a truck-based SUV.
