So you have the NARRATOR! Who would (which band/singer) play the INTODUCTION and the EXIT of your film?

Freddie Mercury will make my entrance and Nick Drake will take my exit.
P.J. Harvey and Björk can sing the middle.
I don’t have an actual soundtrack in mind, though.
@rebbel “From the Morning” is my favourite song :) And who doesn’t love Stevie? Great choices.
@muppetish
It is quite stunning, yes!
When i heard Pink Moon the first time i was mesmerized, certainly one of the best artists.
I saw your answer when i was drafting mine, quite coincidental.
Actual songs would be performed by Rufus Wainwright and The Decemberists. Danny Elfman would provide the score.
@ucme – I keep telling our young un this but he won’t have it!
Pre: THX
Opening: Drane
..tbd
Closing: Boadicea

I really liked what Jim Carrey did in the intro to his movie Yes Man (2008), playing an old classic hard rock song full theater volume over the standard Warner Brothers production logo, and various other ‘vanity logos’, setting a kind of “that guy” mood, and resolving into a small muted cellphone ringtone. If that rout, I would go with this. And, well.. probably end with this.
@muppetish hahahaha, I only wish I had been that clever. How perfectly suiting!!
@Mat74UK , It’s hard to say haha: put some thought into it, still not to certain butfor now I’ll say It’d probably include at least some Modest Mouse, Immortal Technique, Radiohead, B.I.G, and some Catpower.
