Why do moderators have to approve edited questions?

Mods are required to approve edited questions because far too often users miss the helpful notes we add and re-submit without making any corrections.

If you go to edit your question the Mod notes will appear in red at the top.
Also if your email is validated you should get an email with the mod suggestions in it.

Aside of this if you ever have a question feel free to PM any of us.
