Are "Body Choice Concentrated Weight Loss Shots" a healthy way of getting protein post workout?
Can anyone tell me if “Body Choice Concentrated Weight Loss Shots” are a healthy way of getting 25grams of protein post workout? I have heard a lot of mixed reviews about the protein shots in general, and know nothing about this brand/ the various types of protein in it… thanks!

No, if there was a quick fix, we would all be doing it. Do not inject yourself with these things.
It is not an injection…it is a “shot” as in liquid protein shot. I did try it, I have only taken one, so no results. It was fruit punch & I can say that it didn’t taste the best, but nothing major. I don’t really look at this as a weight loss product, but an alternative way to get some extra protein.
@Seaminglysew: I am actually not trying to find a qiuck fix for weight loss but rather a better way to get that much pure protien without turning to shake powder. You are supposed to have 20 grams of protien pre and post workout (specifically weight training) according to most personal trainers in order to burn fat and contribute to lean muscle gain. I would never resort to silly pills or drastic surgery. I work out and work out hard to achieve real results, you know what I mean?
@kimk01: Yes I have had other brands of the protien shots before but I heard that they aren’t good for you for some reason? I am trying to find out the truth behind these because they are a lot less nasty than downing protein powder and water.
