Recently I have been consuming vast amounts of pickles. I constantly crave them. My favourite brand is Mrs. Whyte’s.
What are the negative aspects of eating a lot of pickles? Also, what are the positive things that can come out of this?

For me, eating lots of pickles just means serious heartburn. They’re very acidic. Keep a bottle of tums handy just in case.
Pickles contain high levels of salt. If you’re eating that many, you’re probably exceeding your recommended daily intake.
I get awful (and particularly potent) gas when I OD on pickles.
I agree with @syz too much salt. The thing about salt is the more you eat the more you want. Have you been exercising more, or generally sweating more? Have you increased your water consumption recently or started dieting? Salt can affect blood pressure in some individuals,and can lead to electrolyte imbalances, which can be dangerous. Certain disorders people crave salt, I think addisons disease is one of them. Oh, and pregnancy would be another condition where women crave salt.
Yes. Snookie is the consequence.
Taken in sufficient quantities, pickles will cause your skin to orange, your voice to alter, your fashion sense to skew to animal prints and shiny, shiny flourescents, your IQ to drop, and your hair to form some large, poof-like structure.
Isn’t eating pickles a consequence in and of itself? Yuck.
You’ll get good at fellatio?
@Ivan
Uhm, I’m sorry – I think that would make you BAD at fellatio.
Eating a lot of pickles is really no big dill.
Thanks, @Mtl_zac. ;-)
I thought it was rather cuke, myself.
@Austinlad LOL! Love it.
Depending on the recipe for the pickles you are eating, you might be getting a lot of garlic. That may mean absolutely nothing at all, but some people are sensitive to garlic and may have stomach irritation as a result of eating too much.
