How do I get the VLC network stream link for this hourly news podcast?

NPR has a hourly updated news podcast that plays here. I want the generic link for this podcast so that I can open it through VLC network stream. I do see the “download” link below and the URL it opens up does work in VLC, but the news being told in the download link isn’t the same?

I’m guessing this is relatively easy to figure out who knows this stuff, but I don’t really know how to approach this.

Actually i think the problem lies within the fact they didn’t update the link, i tried what you did and the stream was the same both on the site and on vlc.
