I have an iphone 3g, one of my friends suggests me to jailbreak it. Does a jailbroken phone have enough security for my datas!

The process itself is pretty safe. You just have to acknowledge that it voids your warranty from Apple, so if anything goes too wrong that’s not an option.
I would say it’s safe. I was a bit nervous before I decided to jailbreak my iPod, however I think it was worth it. I haven’t experienced any problems so far.
Well.. If someone wanted to write a app that stole your data they could. Do you have a specific reason to jailbreak it? Or do you do just want to do it to do it?

Because jailbroken phones can send items via bluetooth and many features like themes.
THe process is safe if you know what you are doing. If you are not careful you could brick your phone. “bricking” meaning lock it so it will not load the operating software. Though jailbreaking can really bring out the phones power and abilities and I won’t run another iPhone unless it’s jailbroken. I can do amazing things with my iPhone 4
I have a friend who bricked his phone so he couldn’t even restore it back to factory settings. When you jailbreak your iPhone not only do you risk it being attacked by malware, your phone will probably become slower and take a hit on battery life. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Why do you even want to jailbreak iPhones anymore? ;P I love mine.
