Should one wait for Halo (multi-platform) or instead get Xbox 360 Halo Reach ''bundle''?

Should it be waited out before buying an Xbox 360 console packaged with Halo Reach, versus playing it cool, not submitting to video games for awhile and awaiting a new Halo release for the PS3 platform?
With Halo’s developers’ recent publisher’s rights acquisition by Activision, is it worth the wait?
The only videogame on a next-generation console to excite me was Halo 3, so is it worth the wait?

I plan on playing it cool for a about 5 years.
Is Halo Reach going to be released for the PS3? I hadn’t heard anything about this. In the past, all Halo releases have been solely for the Xbox platform.
Are you sure it’s not the PC instead of PS3? I don’t believe Microsoft has ever released anything for the PS3, much less Halo…
While bungie went to activision, i doubt microsoft will be letting its cash cow travel to other platforms. I saw it as just bungie moving on to make new games not halo related.
Microsoft has the rights to the Halo franchise, and they sure as hell aren’t going to whore out the game that single-handedly saved the XBox from failure-at-launch.
Same reason you probably won’t see bluray on the XBox . . . b/c it’s Sony’s baby.
Looking at all these comments, you basically already know the answer lol. buy the Xbox man, an get Reach
