Who is the celebrity in this picture?

Clues (I don’t know the answer myself):
1. Background appears to be IFC Independent Spirit Awards
2. Person appears to be an actress, though she could be a director or a singer (not sure)
3. Person is not Amy Adams

I believe we’re looking at Molly Sims.
I used Tineye‘s reverse image lookup. That image is on another site, titled with “mollysimshairstyles”. I’m not familiar with her, but looking at some other photos of her from different places, it sure looks similar.
