[NSFW] Why am I having these weird dreams? Is this normal for me?

hmmmm….I usually have vivid and pertinent dreams just before I wake…the last dreams of the night..(but perhaps it’s just these that I remember more because they are the last?) BUT!...I believe (and could be totally wrong mind!) that these are the dreams that make explicit things that are going on emotionally.

I would first ask how do you feel about these dreams? Do they disturb you are make you laugh? Are they pleasurable? It seems relevant to me that you say ’I look like I’m enjoying it’ as if you are not occupying your body in the dream…is this correct? Or do you feel the ecstasy? Rape often has issues attached to it as control, however, as Nancy Friday said in her book Forbidden Flowers and note that she is talking here about conscious fantasies… that fantasies of rape allow women (or indeed men!) not necessarily to be dominated or controlled but give them permission to carry out their desires of being fully sexual according to their own measure and not societies…

Perhaps the fuzzy furry animals thing is a symbol of comfort? A non-threatening non-intellectual being? Just some thoughts anyway…hope they give you food for thought :-/ x Oh but p.s. you are quite normal I’m sure…I had a dream the other day in which my son gave birth to a baby which turned out to be a his twin toddler that was actually mine… bizarre!

I think your are dreaming of being raped so you don’t feel guilty about having sex with someone other than Amber so your subconcious is trying to give you what you want to explore (sex with others) without making you a bad guy. Pretty much what @lynneblundell said.
Its not uncommon to fantasize about other people. The fox is usually thought of as being a slick and cunning animal. You probably feel cunning in your dream that you are able to have sex with someone else and enjoy it but by making it a rape you can claim no control.
If you probably face the fact and let go of the guilt of having fantasies of other people, your dreams will probably go away or at least the rape point of the fantasy will go away.

I agree with Pandora, once you realize your actually enjoying it, you’ll accept the fact that it isn’t rape. You cant rape the willing. Its ok to dream about having sex with other people, in your case, animals. A lot of people do it. As long as your not doing it in real life, then it shouldn’t be a problem. Maybe next time when you have that dream, just dream your girl in a sexy fox outfit instead ;) Or just play dress up. :P
