No picture, no sound. Is it broke?

Did you check your cables, make sure everything is plugged in in the right place?

Something wrong with your satellite receiver? Maybe you just need to reboot the system?

The tiny tv in the kitchen, which is hooked to the satelite does work. So would it still mean it could be the satellite on the other tv?

Is it plugged in?

If it is, then maybe you should say bye bye to your TV and get a new one.

Before you spend money make sure it is really dead. Odd are itis something simple. Did you hit the “input” button by mistake?

I wish you would.. to fix it. Ok, so the input button is right beside the two red buttons I push for it to turn on. If I did push that button, what would it do? I just pushed it again and it did nothing.

But of course. I would never presume anything else.

“Input” usually scrolls through antenna, cable, input 1, input 2, etc. Your cable box is connected somewhere either through an input or on channel 2 or 3 if it is old.
For example: my VCR is input 1, my DVD is input 2, the Converter is input 4. (I don’t have cable.) I have to hit it 6 times to run through all the inputs. My TV is 10 years old, too.

My FiOS signal gets jammed or something every once in a while, and I have to reboot the whole thing. It’s a pain in the neck, but no real biggie. ^_^
