I would classify that as redhead with blonde highlights.

Remember that the colors on people’s screens can look very different. The difference in color between my desktop monitor and my laptop screen is enough to make blue look turquoise. So people answering may not be seeing the same thing.

If that color paint was on my canvas, I would probably call it brown. But I might also call it a reddish yellowish brown.
