What is good and easy software to make video clips using animated people?

For example, say I wanted to make a video similar to one of these (these clips are NSFW) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLZEAf21lME or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYqiKuQC-BI

Thanks. But it looks from the start page of their site that the character models are cartoonish. I don’t need photo-realistic people, but they should be reasonably human-like. I’ll check it out a little more…
