Is it possible to add extra languages to video files?

can avi, divx, xivd etc… support additional languages to the original one of the file?

.mkv, which is growing quickly in popularity can support multiple audio files.
Often foreign films come in .mkv and include both audio tracks, letting you choose. You can also include multiple subtitle tracks.

VLC can handle .mkv if you don’t have the right codecs right now.
