Any tips on how to clear the mind (so that you're able to focus on a written task)
I have a paper to write (it’s been awhile since my old University days) and with all of the stress and bullshit going on my life right now, I am having a hard time concentrating.
I am a bit depressed, so, motivation is a problem, as well. Although, I know that I have to do it, so, I’ll get it done.
I just want to punch it out and get ‘er done.
