I’m looking to get into college and I would like to get a scholarship or a grant but I’m unsure of how to do that. I’m going to apply for financial aid but that probably won’t cover all of it. Where do I look? What else can I do? Thank you for your help!!

Look at your school’s website, or, I guess, the website of the school(s) you want to go to. There’s usually a section for financial aid and scholarships. For my school, there’s a dedicated scholarship section where you can search for scholarships.
Try contacting the financial aid office at the school’s you are interested in and ask them if they have informations on grants and scholarships. You can also check with your employer to see if they have any scholarship opportunities. Some states also have special grants and scholarships for people that pursue careers in certain areas.
It’s somewhat dated, but see if you can borrow a copy of Benjamin R Kaplan’s How To Go To College Almost For Free at a local library.
There are thousands of sites on the internet, but I suggest you begin with your school financial aid office for the reputable ones.
You could do like the others say by checking with your school financial aid office or you could check with your school counselor. At my old school, the counselor always posted a list of scholarships and grants that you could sign up for outside her office in the hallway and there was always tons of information posted as well. Hope this helps!
