Are there more timeouts during the NCAA basketball tournament?

seems to be more time outs per half during tournament is this so? If so, how many and/or are there other tourney changes for TV ads etc?

yes.. the extra "timeouts" are for TV, but they arent officially recorded as team timeouts, since they are called by the referees.
