[NSFW] Teen using porn for "birds and bees" lesson, what are your thoughts?

These are teenagers. Teenagers are into porn. I would let the parent of the teen relative know. It’s up to them and their views. Try to stay out of the their business as much as possible.

I would grin and laugh a little.
Then move on.
An hour later I would contemplate whether the girl understood that the poor guy was sitting there with an erection, probably thinking “stop just explaining and demonstrate it practically, on my dick”.

It would depend on the relationship to the relative and what age we’re talking about. More than likely, I would take no action and ignore it. I never had “the talk” but I quickly figured out that porn is more about entertainment and less about learning material.

I would also yell as I passed the door. Don’t forget condoms.

I would most likely just smile, and let them carry on with the “lesson”.

In all honesty, there are two possible ways i would react depending what mood im in. i would either ignore it and go about my day, or i would come in and mess with their heads.

I’d mind my own damn business. Who gives a shit? I would certainly never have a thought involving the words “porn” and “relevance” in the same sentence.

It’s not one teenagers responsibility to “teach” another teenager about the facts of life. i know this is done frequently, but showing graphic photographs should be the parents responsibility, not some strange teenager. i would stop this show right quick. the parents should have done a better job of explaining sex to their own children and not leaving it to some teenage stranger.

oh my god, really you saw that, what a riot. The shit that goes on in our daily lives. No I think its kinda wrong. Strange but effective, I mean as long as it wasnt gay porn, or sex with goats. That could confuse things. I think we learn from many avenues, even our peers. But porn has a tendency to get a little less scholastic at times.

I agree with @Frenchfry We are into porn and stuff like that, best to find out for themselves. But I CAN’T say that porn IS the solution for everything.

Maybe so, but if looked at logicallly, strip away all the fake moaning, the clear high heels and take account the boobs are filled with aftermarket googies, it shows where all the right gear goes in all the right spaces with the right motion for baby making.

What would I do – Generally, I’m not a Nazi when it comes to how parents want to raise their children. Of course, I have my opinions on certain methods but for the most part I’m all for letting parents raise their children however they want as long as it doesn’t involve horridly harming them physically or doing severe damage. I’d probably laugh and continue on my business.

Do I believe porn is a good educational tool as far as teaching a lesson in Human Biology/Sexuality? – Personally, I think there are far more not only better but more effective tools to use to guide “The Talk”. However, I dont think it was a bad choice, per se.

Would I praise the Mother? – I praise any parent who aspires to educate their children.

If they learn about the birds and the bees from it and have some fun along the way, why not? lol

Kids do this because their parents are failures in their role as parents.
