Website service for media people wanting to sell online streaming videos?

I’m thinking about uploading tutorial videos that only paid subscribers can view. I would like them to be able to stream it like Netflix, but cannot record or download it. Also, I would like each subscriber to be able to login just once to prevent account sharing.

Is there any website that provides this kind of service ?

I am not aware of any public services. Most of the companies that I know that have something like that have a custom service built for them.

It is possible to make it so you can only access the file once and then the link expires.

it is NOT possible to make to that you can’t download or record it. Most people wouldn’t do it / know how to do it, recording off a netflix stream is easy.
