Are they really going to remake "The Crow"?

I’ve heard they’re going to make a remake of “The Crow” Has anyone else heard this? is it true? Do you think it will be better then the original?

I think the original will be better then the remake.

Supposedly they are.

I’ll hold my opinion on the remake until I find out more details, like producer/director/actors/etc.

The book btw is better than the movie.

The Crow is one of my favorite films. It will be extremely hard to beat as a remake.
I agree with @Tedd and will reserve an opinion till the cast is chosen.
