I had one of those, until they got married, then I was out.
I have some friends in a long-term relationship. Two men and one woman. It’s been going strong for five years and showing no signs of getting anything but stronger.

Sure, but they didn’t know about each other ;)
Yes. My friend Sally has a “mucus group” for years. This includes a couple who are married.
does it work well? I don’t ask.
A female acquaintance of mine was involved with two other women long and seriously enough to adopt a baby, although only two of the three could legally be parents. I’ve lost touch with her, but it worked while I knew her.
I know three adults, 2 men and a woman, who have lived together for more than 10 years. They think of themselves as a family.
@mowens between 35 and 45, and they have two tween/young teen kids (11 and 13).
By my definition of longterm (3+ yrs, living together) no. Since childhood then I’ve known several people who attempted this but none of them with much success. Mostly what would happen is two people would break off and settle down together, sometimes marrying.
In my neighborhood there were three gay men who lived together for more than a decade until one of them passed away recently. They lived together and ran a series of restaurants together. I never asked them about what they did in the privacy of their own home, but it seems to me that that was a long term multi-person relationship.
No, Ive known a lot of people who tried it, but it never went too well. I think the longest I have known of was, maybe, 6 months.
